Learn to Fly - Introduction to Arm Balances Workshop

Arm balances are great for building strength, balance, body awareness, and bringing some playfulness into your practice. Contrary to popular belief, arm balances do not solely rely on upper body strength, rather on learning to shift your weight and consciously activating the core, legs and feet.
This 2-hour workshop will focus working on foundations for arm balance poses and provide you with the tools to safely move into arm balances with confidence and ease. After a warm-up practice, we will break down several arm balance poses into simple building blocks.
Be ready to be challenged. Everybody can participate on their own personalized level.
All you need to bring is a playful attitude!
